Proudest Achievement
One achievement I'm most proud of is building and scaling a direct-hire staffing network that flipped the traditional model on its head — positioning candidates as marketable assets and helping businesses hire smarter, faster, and more affordably.
Outside of Work
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me exploring small towns with my family, designing something new (from business concepts to coffee trucks), or working on creative side projects that blend design, engineering, and strategy.

I'm fascinated by how ideas turn into things — whether that's a new brand, a product, or a business model — and I've been known to sketch out business concepts for fun on napkins or truck tailgates.
